The state of Wisconsin appears to be taking the lead among states to investigate and possibly regulate contaminants related to the explosives ingredient dinitrotoluene (DNT), moving last month to consider adopting new "health advisory levels" for five products associated with the substance, following an action earlier this fall to issue advisory levels for separate variants of the chemical.
