摘要

In the wake of their election gains, congressional Republicans are expected to increase their scrutiny of EPA and slow high-profile agency rulemakings, sources say, though they do not expect EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson to veer from her aggressive agenda because the White House is likely to back her, or even lean on her, in the election's aftermath.rnEPA's agenda is likely to be unbowed by the new GOP oversight, one industry source says. "I think ultimately ... the agency will still move ahead with what Republicans and most industry-based folks would say is a fairly aggressive pace and fairly aggressive agenda," the source says.
