EPA Stalls New Chemical Reporting But Industry Worries Over 2011 Data

EPA has released its long-awaited industrial chemicals reporting rule that expands and increases the frequency of data reporting requirements but delays the reporting period for chemical manufacture and import data until early 2012 and gradually phases in certain provisions of the new reporting requirements over the next five years.
