摘要

Systems Engineering standards have evolved over the years from being systems engineering process based to being life cycle process based. The first widely used commercial systems engineering process based standard was EIA/IS-632. Its starting point is a set of processes based on the engineering life cycle. The new standard, ISO/IEC 15288: Systems Engineering ― System Life Cycle Processes, extends the life cycle beyond the engineering life cycle to a whole-of-life life cycle from concept to retirement. It establishes a common framework for describing the whole-of-life life cycle of engineered systems. It defines a set of processes and associated terminology, which can be applied at any stage during the life cycle of a system.
