On a global scale, despite better enforcement and new anticorruption legislation in recent years, bribery and corruption issues continue to infiltrate corporations across a wide range of sectors and geographic locations. It is therefore paramount that companies, particularly those which operate within high risk sectors, have effective systems, policies and procedures in place to counter this unacceptable business behaviour.
