Prospects for the National Broadband Network

Representatives from several busi-nesses, government and academiarnconvened to discuss the future needs and challenges of the National Broadband Network (NBN) on 20 October at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Titled "NBN - Engineering new capabilities for Australia", the forum began with a keynote address from the NSW chief scientist and scientific engineer Professor Mary O'Kane.
