IMAGES OF ENGINEERING

摘要

This year's photo competition attracted more than 100 entries resulting in some 400 images. They depict the many facets of engineering work, from massive bridge construction sites and minerals processing facilities to smaller details of engineering equipment and failures of engineering structures. The photos demonstrate the vast range of projects engineers are involved in and location they travel to, from the city to the outback, from the Atlantic Ocean to the Antarctic, from Finland to Spain, and from the engineering factory to the lecture theatre.
