Power and automation technology group ABB has acquired Austral ian enterprise software firm Min-com, particularly for its enterprise asset management software business. Mincom has 1000 employees and an nual revenues of about US$200 million. ABB plans to retain the management team and the Australia-based opera tions will continue as before.
