Life after CRCs

CRCs are destined to be wound up following completion of their funding lifecycle (see key facts about CRCs). But they can be adapted to continue to operate without further government funding. CIEAM is in the process of making the transition to a "successor entity" called the Asset Institute, a not-for-profit company funded by its partners, many of whom were members of the CRC. Mathew and the board of the institute believes that so much more can be achieved by a body such as the Asset Institute, but without the CRC preceding it, the institute would not have eventuated.
