I would like to congratulate Carla Cher for her excellent article in the April issue on raising the IP bar. My business partner and I invented a device for measuring the quantity of gas remaining in domestic gas bottles. We were granted an Australian patent in 2009. We found the staff at IP Australia very helpful and provided us with expert advice.
