To meet burgeoning market demand for cement and avoid cosdy double handling, a Glens Falls, N.Y-based manufacturer is building a $15-million storage facility on the site of a former Providence, R.I., scrapyard with a fabric dome enclosing its German-made fluidizedfloor system. Officials say this is the first time such a dome will be married to the floor system.
