Who says there is no economic justice in the world? The recent dramatic decline in the value of the dollar relative to other major currencies is reconfiguring the economic equation that determines the benefits and liabilities of offshoring U.S. jobs. For U.S. construction and related businesses, this means some of the value of designing projects and supporting information technology in low-cost offices abroad has evaporated and Americans are much more competitive in the world marketplace.
