The San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge project, targeted for completion in 2013, is well on its way to becoming one of the most documented public projects in history. In April of 2008, with the addition of EarthCam Live and HD Panorama webcams, the public was invited to see the live images of the seismic retrofit program initially intended for engineers, managers and authorities.
