Companies Divesting Westinghouse Won't Harm Nuke Work, Shaw Says

Baton Rouge, La.-based The Shaw Group Inc. said on Sept. 6 that the firm's an-nounced sale of its 20% interest in West-inghouse Group to Toshiba Corp., Tokyo, should not affect its work in the nuclear sector. Shaw said it still maintains its con-tract with both firms to build six nuclear units in the U.S. and four in China.
