Projects on the horizon are getting ever larger, and the procurement cycles are getting much longer, Through the last decade, teaming/proposing for a large project was a two- to six-month investment of time/staff. We are now having to invest 12 to 18 months in the teaming/proposing cycle for these larger projects.
