On Megaprojects in Distress

Robert Prieto's commentary, "Megaprojects in Distress," drew interesting comments and a lengthy reply from Prieto. He originally wrote that two-thirds of megaprojects end up significantly disappointing on budget and schedule and suggested that old theories and approaches to the projects no longer work.
