摘要

As for the uncertainties in each index in resource evaluation, set pair theory of entropy weight is applied to evaluation of water resource in this paper. Preliminary classification of samples is conducted by calculating connection degree of each evaluation index, and then uniform, differential and confrontational analyses of set pair are conducted to these samples, so as to identify their level. In identifying the weight of each evaluation index, entropy value theory of information theory is introduced in this model. Combined with water resource data of Tarim from 2004 to 2007, evaluation of sustainable utilization of water resource in this region is conducted from social and economical, water resource and ecological environmental water resource evaluation index system. Results show that development and utilization of water resource in Sanyuanliu region of Tarim are basically saturated, and sustainable utilization of water resource appears to be unsustainable, namely Hotan region (Ⅲ) > Aksu region (Ⅲ) > Kashgar region (Ⅲ). After comparing with other methods, evaluation result of set pair analysis model based on entropy weight is reasonable and objective.
