An empirical study on the relationship between irregular energy-saving flights and passengers' unsafe behaviors

Due to the irregular energy-saving flight, the passengers' unsafe behaviors have seriously affected the aviation safety and the order of aviation in China.Through the questionnaire survey on all levels of the passengers, After the factor analysis by the statistical software, we found that the passengers' unsafe behaviors has a great relationship with the airline's communication low efficiency and un-considerate service when the irregular flight occurs. In the conclusion of this paper, according to the analysis results we provided suggestions for the airline company to avoid the passengers' unsafe behaviors.
