摘要

The purpose is to search a strength analysis method for root linkage structure of composite wind turbine blade. Blade root bears the most complicated and maximum load and it should have sufficient strength and bending-torsion stiffness. Using shell element to simulate composite lamination is difficult to express actual structure of root linkage. Root composite lamination has definite periodic property. Through effective elastic properties equivalence of lamination material, solid model of root linkage structure for some 1.5MW wind turbine blade is built, and reference points are set to apply concentrated force and flexural torque. Stress distribution of blade root and T bolt are obtained by strength analysis, and strength of four composite laminating cloth and bolt is checked. Result indicates that they both meet the strength requirement Validity and correctness of the method is verified.
