摘要

In order to broaden the application range of the liquid crystal, the group dedicates to study the anisotropic nature of the liquid crystal from mechanical point of view and a new idea that develop new micro-fiuidic drive and control method using backflow effect was proposed. The theoretical calculation showed that the twist angle had effect on the magnitude and direction of the backflow induced by the electric field. When the electric field was cut off, there was also backflow induced with a change in magnitude, direction and short duration. The verification experiment show that it can be realized to drive micro particles moving to any direction using backflow induced by the continuous electric field.
