摘要

Structural strength is an important part in designing energy-saving clutch hub assembly. In order to guarantee clutch hub assembly reliability, structural strength is analyzed and researched with FEA theory and bench test. Firstly, FEA model is established to analyze structural strength of energy-saving clutch hub assembly according to the company standard and test requirements document. And then the result of FEA is obtained. During structural strength test of energy-saving clutch hub assembly, five test pieces are chosen. Bench test of it is finished with principle of work. The failure mode of all test pieces happens at energy-saving welding line between clutch hub and inner tower. After the results of FEA and bench test are studied, the conclusion can be reached that simulation curves are similar to test curves. Yield stress appears about 155KN in the simulation curve, while Yield stress appears about 150-160KN in the test curve. Based on analysis and discussion, the relation curve of load and displacement has a better linear relation in the elastic deformation. Finally the clutch hub supplies the demand of design.
