摘要

According to the actual behavioral characteristics of instant messaging (IM) users in the university, the paper takes the complex adaptive system theory as the theoretical guidance, information of secondary transmission as a model and bases on the modeling method of multi-agent simulation in Netlogo platform to stimulate the communication process of the public crisis information in real QQ group. Finally, through the simulation of the system and the analysis of the results Fig. out influencing factors of public crisis information dissemination in instant messaging community, and based on the studies this article makes several suggestions about how to manage crisis information dissemination.
