The empirical study of the application of network information technology platform in the teaching of English writing

The paper makes a study of the effect of the application of network technology in the teaching of English writing. One year's teaching experiment suggests that the model of applying Network Technology Platform to teaching English writing is superior to the traditional model of teaching English writing existing in our college. Not only does it provide a large amount of information, but also it stimulates students' interest in writing through various means of teaching. Furthermore, it is more effective in helping students to develop the good habit of autonomous learning and promote their English writing as well.
