摘要

As the key part of vehicle equipment, Braking system occurs failures suddenly, it will directly influence vehicle operation, even cause serious traffic accidents and endanger the life safety of the passengers. In order to ensure the effect of EMU brake control unit, it is necessary to evaluate the reliability of the brake control unit. Adopt repairable system of GO method reliability analysis method to calculate emu brake control unit steady state reliability, then carry on the system reliability evaluation. According to failure features of components within the control unit, we fit the failure probability distribution, calculate the reliability characteristic parameters, establish a simplified GO figure, compile a practical GO method calculation procedure, realize the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the EMU brake control unit reliability, determine the weak link in the system and solve the minimal cut sets. The Monte Carlo method is used to verify, which determine the desirability of GO method results .Through the Monte Carlo, the feasibility of GO method in EMU brake control unit reliability evaluation is verified.
