摘要

We fabricated dye-sensitized solar cells with fluorinated gel electrolyte. The gelation of the electrolyte is of importance in order to solve the problem in the durability of the cell. We investigated, in this article, the effect of LiI mixed with I_2 in the electrolyte of the cell. The effect was experimentally clarified showing that the open voltage and short-circuit current density becomes the larger as the ratio of LiI to I_2 is the larger. It shows the Li~+ plays an important role in power generating in this type of dye-sensitized solar cell.
