The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) is seeking to adjust codes to allow proponents to timely connect renewable generation facilities to the provincial power grid, without creating undue risk for ratepayers.rnThe OEB is seeking written submissions by Dec. 1 on its policy plans for connecting new renewable generation to the grid. The need for a coordinating mechanism is in the OEB's view the principal issue to be resolved in order to better ensure timely and efficient realization of the government policy goals to connect renewable resources.
