摘要

In the final days of this year's Supreme Court term, the Court issued landmark decisions concerning Arizona's controversial immigration law, S.B. 1070, and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act signed by President Barack Obama in March 2010. Beyond the significance of what each decision says about federalism and congressional authority, both cases have impor tant consequences for employers.
