Telecoms Mid-Year Update: Key Themes For 2017

BMI View: As we reach the mid-point of the year, it is time to assess the performance of the key views we have outlined for the sector (see 'Key Themes For Telecoms In 2017', December 1 2016). All five of our global themes are continuing to play out but continued uncertainties regarding the form and business cases for 5G and its potential impact on the Internet of Things mean that the long-term implications of some aspects of these views remain mutable.
