Ionenbeweglichkeits- spektrometer für die schnelle Qualitätsüberwachung von SF_6 in gasisolierten Schaltanlagen

Sulfur hexafluoride is used as an insulating gas in high and medium voltage installations. Despite more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and use it cannot be excluded that without suitable counter measures decomposition of the gas in such equipments occurs. Some of the decomposition products are toxic and/or highly corrosive and may lead to cost-intensive failure of the installations. Consequently, it should be of great interest for a user of SF_6-filled equipment to have available a diagnostic system for on-site and online control of the insulating gas. Establishment of such a system is possible by employing ion mobility spectrometry, which by this means may contribute to reduction of costs for maintenance and repairs. The results of laboratory and field experiments, the latter carried out in gas insulated substations (GIS), are presented and discussed.%Die Verfasser berichten über ein Diagnoseverfahrens, das eine On-site- und On-line-Überwachung des isolierenden Gases in SF_6-gefüllten Anlagen ermöglicht. Die Ionenbeweglichkeitsspektrometrie ermöglicht diese Überwachung und kann damit helfen, die Kosten für Service und Reparaturen zu senken. Die Ergebnisse von Labor- und von Felduntersuchungen an realen gasisolierten Schaltanlagen (GIS) werden vorgestellt und diskutiert.
