Core Materials for DC Electromagnetic Brakes; Influence on Attractive Electromagnetic Force

摘要

In this paper, the influence of different core materials on attractive electromagnetic force in DC electromagnetic brakes is presented. Measured values are mostly in good agreement with the results obtained from numerical calculations. In many cases the reason for discrepancies between measured and calculated values is in deviations of magnetic material characteristics of same material during manufacturing process.%W artykule przedstawiono wpływ materiałów rdzeni magnetycznych na wartość siły elektrodynamicznej w stałoprądowych elektromagnetycznych hamulcach. Zmierzone wartości siły elektrodynamicznej pozostają w dobrej zgodności z wartościami uzyskanymi w procesie symulacji komputerowej.
