Time once more for the global get-together

Readers of Electronics Manufacture and Test will know that we provide in-depth coverage of Productronica which happens every two years in Munich. In a non-Productronica year, the same venue hosts electronica, now recognised as the World's largest event for the electronics industry. Indeed, Productronica was originally part of electronica until 1979 when it was spun off into the show it is today. The idea was to give those exhibitors involved in production equipment, test and measurement systems and associated products a show of their own.
