摘要

In this ppaer, the entire body's average SAR and the local SAR of a human model that has a dielectric lossy shield material in front are calculated. A fundamental inves- tigation of the shield effect is carried out. In the calculation, the incident electromagnetic wave is a TM wave at 300 MHz, within the resonant frequency range of the human Body, and the homogeneous ellipse model is used for the Human body. The method of moments is used, in which the Polarization current is used in the model part.
