Passengers travelling from southern China to Macau may soon have an alternative to ferry and helicopter - seaplane. Australian entrepreneur Peter de Kanzow plans to launch a service next year between a new marine terminal at China's Shenzhen International Airport and Macau's Cotai strip, across the Pearl River estuary. Seaplanes used to operate from Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour from the 1920s onwards. Services to Macau ended in the 1960s because silting in the harbour was creating poor landing conditions.

In the small enterprise, quality as a normative process doesn’t exist and quality is thus informal. There is a set of practices which are not implemented by a special service. This conclusion is based on a research study in 12 small enterprises in the Nord/Pas-de-Calais region in France.
