Measuring 10.0 × 10.0 × 2.8 and 14.0 × 9.0 × 2.8 mm, respectively, the single-output EG-9000GC and the voltage-controlled EV-9000GB SAW oscillators support fundamental frequencies from 800 MHz to 2.5 GHz and provide a frequency tolerance of +150 ppm max. Both parts offer a built-in NS-34R crystal-oscillating element. Additional features include an operating temperature range from -20° to 60℃, a power supply voltage of 3.0 V, and a current consumption of 38 mA max.
