Using digital MEMS technology, the Precise pressure sensor has a guaranteed total error band of < ±0.01% of the full-scale rating, including 1-year drift. It it available in ranges up to 0 to 2,000 bar and, depending on range, its over-pressure rating is 1.5 to 5 times the full-scale rating. The sensor's sample rate is adjustable from 5 to 25 samples/s and its resolution is less than 1 ppm (more than 20 bits). The shock- and vibration-resistant device has an all-welded construction.
