Offered in chip sizes including 1206, 2010, and 2512, the HTC Series high-temperature thick-film chip resistors feature operating temperatures from -55° to 200℃, and values of 1.0 Ω to 10 MΩ. Maximum voltage ratings forrnthe 1206, 2010, and 2512 sizes are 200, 400, and 500 V, respectively. Tolerancesrnare to ±0.5%, +1%, and ±5%, with absolute TCRs of ±100 ppm/℃.
