Available in 5.7-, 8.4-, 10.4-, and 12.1-in.-diagonal sizes and a choice of two resolutions, eight color TFT AMLCD modules for industrial applications have LED backlight units with 100,000-hour MTBFs. Display resolutions are QVGA and VGA for 5.7-in. displays and SVGA and XGA for the three larger sizes.rnThe panels do not require the high-voltage and high-frequency circuits needed for CCFLs and thus have lower EMI and power consumption than CCFL BLU LCDs.
