The silicon-based LXES series ESD protection devices are designed for portable electronics, such as mobile phones and PCs. The series includes 1-, 2-, 4-, 6- and 10-element types.rnThe devices offer suppression of less than 100-V output when input voltage is 15 kV, and repetition durability of up to 1,000 cycles at 8-kV contact voltage.
