ICs combine Atom E600 CPU with FPGA

The Atom E625C, E645C, and E665C 32-bit embedded processors feature a E600 core coupled with an Atera FPGA chip. The user-programmable FPGA provides 3-Gbit/s transceivers, LVDS with SerDes, memory interface, DSP blocks, and more than 60,000 logic elements. The FPGA has a hard IP PCIe lane that connects directly to the CPU.
