A 10 to 20-g mass of the EP65HT-1 expoxy will cure in 3 to 5 min at room tern-perature. The dark-brown epoxy has a glass transi-tion tempera-ture exceed-ing 125℃ and is serviceable in a temperature range of -60° to 400°F. The epoxy meets NASA low-out-gassing standards, and offers a tensile shear strength approaching 3,000 psi, and a Shore D hardness ≥75. It bonds well to a wide range of substrates including metals, glass,ceramics, rubbers, and many plastics. I is available in a dispensing gun that mixes the parts with a 10:1 ratio, and isd offered in half-pint, pint, quart, gallon, and 5-gallon container kits.
