The NCP3020A, NCP3020B, and NCP3011 synchronous PWM controllers offer a 4.7 to 28-V input voltage range and suit set-top-boxes and LCD televisions, as well as industrial and computing applications.rnThe PWM controllers provide a 1-A integrated gate drive and can produce output voltages as low as 0.6 V (NCP3020A and NCP3020B) and 0.8 V (NCP3011). The NCP3011 also provides a buffered +1.25-V reference voltage.
