The ISD-1.6-Si-1 radiant power detector has a compact, 16-mm-diameter integrating sphere for beam-emitter-rntype light sources like laser-diode dice and optical fibers. The detector's small (43.5 × 25 ×17.5-mm) footprint lets it fit inside existing equipment and tight enclosed spaces. rnAble to measure beam power through its 3-mm measure- ment port, the silicon photodiode detector offers a wide spectral range from 400 to 1,100 nm and a typical absolute sensitivity of 200 uA/W at 630 nm (500 mW max power). The calibrated detector head is certified traceable to international standards.
