The PRAHT four-resistor networks feature an operating temperature range from -55° to +215℃, an industry first for thin-film technology. Some important applications are being integrated into (or onto) some high-temperature devices. Applications like oil level and pressure sensors, measurements in down-hole extraction tools, and aircraft engine and braking system temperature sensors are making high-tem- perature operation critical. These networks combine high-temperature operation with a TCR of 10 ppm/℃, and tolerance of ±0.1% or ±0.5%.
