Mounting rail for OpenVPX enclosure supports high insertion force

Pixus Technologies has unveiled a mounting rail for standard OpenVPX and other boards based on the IEEE 1101 specification. The rugged mounting rail supports very high insertion forces. The high insertion forces of some plug-in modules can cause standard mounting rails to bow or crack in OpenVPX systems. So the new version features a thicker metal; it has two mounting screws. And it boasts a reinforced design to ensure strength and durability.
