To extend the reach of 2.4GHz wireless connectivity into the most ferociously price sensitive consumer segments of the ultra low power (ULP) RF market, Nordic Semiconductor has launched a pair of low cost, one time programmable (OTP) variants of its flagship nRF24LEl and nRF24LUl+ 2.4GHz system-on-chips (SoCs).
