The MAX17065 includes a step-up DC-DC converter, an inverting DC-DC converter, regulated positive and negative charge pumps, and a low-dropout linear regulator (LDO). It integrates all power functions for active-matrix, organic light-emitting diode (AM-OLED) displays that allows for the use of small external inductors. The output voltage of the positive charge pump can be programmed between +5.5V and +9V, while the negative charge pump can be programmed between -0.5V and -5V. The LDO pro- vides a +1.9V output for loads up to 60mA.
