摘要

The variations of ambient air humidity and temperature have detrimental influence on the working characteristics of most semiconductor-type gas sensors, including that of ozone sensor. The authors developed two-input fuzzy model of the sensor with genetic algorithms utilized for Tuning of the model. At the inputs the thin film ozone sensor fabricated by the authors and Commercial Keithley humidity sensor were used.
