摘要

The design and analysis of an experimental platform for real-time testing of motor control algorithms are presented in this paper. The study also aims to enhance undergraduates' knowledge on experimental studies in the laboratory. On the other hand the performance of electrical drive requires energy efficiency, flexibility, outstanding reliability and robust control. Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Motors(PMSMs) have wide applications in industry automations as servo drives, where the rapid speed and torque response and high-performance operation are required. Digital Signal Processors(DSP) have greatly enhanced the potential of PMSM servo drive. The most of digital controller drives for PMSM are implemented by using the field-orientation control(FOC). The FOC method laid the PMSM drive at a maximum theoretical performance. In this paper, the FOC algorithm is developed in a rapid prototyping approach using MATLAB/Simulink and the Real-Time Workshop(RTW) packages. The digital controller algorithm is based on the eZdsp F2812 DSP platform with power stage, dedicated as a solution for educational purposes.
