摘要

One possible method of estimating the probability of an electric shock to a person when two-phase ground faults occur at different locations of the network is proposed. The method uses random Markov processes. The proposed method differs from existing methods in that it takes into account the random nature of the time during which the protection equipment may be in an undetected faulty state, and also the time during which a person may touch the frame of the electrical equipment. An example of a calculation is given.
