Mandatory Standards and Labelling Programme for Energy Efficient Distribution Transformers Conforming to Bee Notification in India

Bureau of Energy Efficiency issued notification No. 2/11(5)/03-BEE dated 12th January 2009, inviting attention of SEBs/ Utilities, Engineers and Manufacturers of Distribution Transformers & effective June 6th, 2010, towards mandatory standards and labelling programme or manufacturer of energy efficient distribution Transformers in India. At the International Conference on Transformers organized by Indian Transformer Manufacturers Association (ITMA) at New Delhi,therewas a good opportunity to discuss vstiousissues and ideas of different manufacturers ofrntransformaers in india and also with other distinguisheddignitaries.
